Money-Back Guarantee

• Eligibility: Our Money-Back Guarantee applies to all service packages offered. If you are not satisfied with the final deliverables, you are entitled to a full refund.​

• Request Period: To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the final deliverables.​

• Process: Email your refund request to tpa.prostore@gmail.com, including your order details and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction.​

• Resolution: Upon verification, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.​
